A glowing skin is something we all dream of. And the cosmetic industry complies! The market is chock-a-full of products that promise to give your skin an instant glow. These face packs do work, but going all natural is always better, isn’t it? Why put your skin through harsh chemical reactions when you can get similar glow with all things natural? Yes, it takes a little effort, but nothing good comes easy, remember?


1.     Papaya face pack: Papaya, which contains papain, can beat even the best of brands when it comes to a glowing skin.

·         Take half a bowl of papaya pulp (mashed) and add half tsp sandalwood powder to it.

·         a few drops of rose water and beat well.

·         Add about 1/4th tsp aloe vera gel to the mixture and mix well.


2. Red Clay pack:  Red Clay offers the goodness of iron oxide. It is a natural depot of skin brightening ingredients. Experience the magic of a suitable red clay mask to add instant glow to your otherwise dull skin.

·               Take 3/4th tsp of red clay and mix it with orange peel extracts (half tsp).
·               Add a pinch of turmeric and 3 to 5 drops of honey and mix well.
·               Add rose water in required amount to form an even paste.

3. Lovely Banana:  Banana is a source to natural anti-oxidants that fight free radicals. Free radicals damage your skin cells and make the skin dry, dull, patchy and wrinkled.

How to Make:

·               Take one banana and mash it.
·               Mix the mashed banana with a few drops of honey.
·               Add 3/4th tsp curd to the mixture and beat well.
·               A few drops of rose water will increase the goodness of this magical face pack.

4. Beauty with Oats:  oats form the most natural scrub with the goodness of anti-oxidants. An oat face pack not just adds glow to the skin, but also it lightens dark spots visibly.

How to Make:

·               Mash the oats in warm water until they get converted into a paste.
·               Add rose water (5 to 7 drops), sandalwood powder and curd (3/4th tsp) and beat the mixture well.
·               The final paste contains tiny granules of oats.

5. Tangy Tomatoes:  when used with correct ingredients, add instant glow to the skin. Hungarian women have red cheeks and glowing skin, all thanks to tomatoes!
